About ServiceNet LV

 

  SIA "ServiceNet LV" was founded in 1999, when IT equipment distributor "CHS Rīga" established a subsidiary company "CHS Serviss" offering various warranty and other post-sales procedures. From a team of a few people in 1999, we have grown to a collective of 48 people, 26 of whom are service engineers having a whole spectrum of specializations: repair of printing devices, computers, servers and network equipment, as well as monitors and electronics. At present, the area of premises occupied by the service reaches 1100 square metres.

  We are currently providing warranty and post-warranty repairs of the following equipment: printing devices, wide-format printing devices, stationary and portable computers, palmtop computers, digital photo cameras, projectors, monitors, as well as repairs of electronic equipment at the level of elements.

  Our main values are competence in our field, a positive and flexible attitude to our clients and the widest choice of services.

  We have representative offices in Lithuania and Estonia enabling us to provide service solutions on a whole-Baltic scale. The quality of our services is also proved by the existing process of management, organized pursuant to ISO 9001:2000 quality standard.
